With time of the essence this website will be the link for the rapid exchange of views and information between members and the ABAC management Committee.

Information will be available at two levels. The public level will include summaries of the main reports and proposals produced by ABAC. The membership level with detailed reports and confidential exchange of views and data will be available to paid up members using password access.

Documents prepared to date in electronic form will be published on the members web pages. Further documents will be posted as and when they become available.
